Session Options

• Access Bars® Therapy (60 mins): £75 — first session £65 A gentle, hands-on session to release mental clutter and restore calm.

• Clarity Coaching (50 mins, online or in person): £75 One-to-one coaching to reduce stress, create clarity and explore new perspectives.

• Clarity Reset (90 mins, in person): £100 Coaching followed by Access Bars®, designed to create deep relaxation and lasting clarity.

• Block of 3 sessions: £180 Save £45 when you book three sessions in advance. Can be used across Access Bars® and Clarity Coaching.

In-person sessions are available in Fleet, Twyford, Henley-on-Thames and surrounding areas. Online sessions are available for Clarity Coaching.

Payment and Cancellations

Sessions are paid in advance. Once your appointment is confirmed I'll send a secure payment link. If you need to reschedule, 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
